24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
La Bella Med Spa adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Please call us at 615-283-3735 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00.
As a small, appointment-based business, we appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to get comfortable and enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa lounge.

JEWELRY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we’re not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

PHONE ETIQUETTE

To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask for cell phones to be silenced during your time at La Bella Med Spa.

PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, La Bella Gift Certificates, American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.
Gratuity is always appreciated and may be cash or from your card.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We hope that you are delighted with your La Bella Med Spa purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

PRECAUTIONS
